Traffic police allowed to issue small accidents from a smartphone

Since November 1, Russia in test mode launches the service of registration of road accidents online. All you need is a smartphone app. You can make an accident through the free OSAGO Assistant program, which fills out the electronic version of the Euro protocol. Users only need to photograph the damage and attach a photo of the accident diagram.



The function is now available in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow Region, Leningrad Region and Tatarstan. Since 2021, the application will work throughout Russia.
